Basic options

There are some “basic options” for independent travelers who need just basic logistics from us – train tickets, transfers and hotel reservations. Those who prefer packed tours or just want to know what things to do and see during the trip, please look at the packed tours page and budget options page. To get more clear idea of Trans Siberian trips see brief summary.

  • We can also customize the itinerary according to your preferences and interests — for example, homestay accommodation instead of staying in hotels, longer or shorter stays in the cities, or suggest other things to see and do.
  • Tours for smaller and bigger groups can also be arranged.
  • If your are planning to travel with us, you better connect us at least a month in advance (in high season the time required to book tickets and hotels might be even more).
  • Train schedule is subject to changes so some alterations to the itinerary are possible.
  • If you have never traveled by train for a long distance in Russia, it may be worthwhile to see our FAQ — there are some useful tips.
